On April 16th & 17th, at the Seattle Wine Awards, 15 of Washington’s most prominent wine professionals gathered at Seattle’s historic Rainier Club to taste and evaluate white, red, sweet, sparkling and rosé wines produced from Washington grapes. The top wines were recognized with Double Gold, Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards of Excellence.
Brown Box Wines Riesling, the only boxed wine to enter the category, won the competition’s highest honor by taking home the Double Gold Medal in the Riesling category and beating out 15 other entrants.
